Manchester based Punk Rock band Without Andrew don’t sit still. After delivering their sixteen track long sophomore album ‘With Great Power Comes Great Irresponsibility’ last year, yet if their’s one thing we can guarantee with new album ‘Dead On Arrival’, it’s that its anticipated arrival won’t be a dead one.
Did you know that it’s National Album Day in the UK today? Well, it certainly well is! So in celebration, we bring you some of our favourite albums from over the years and give our reasons to why you should check them out!
After coming it close to calling it a day, recording the infamous lost album that was ‘Cigarettes & Valentines’ and restarting afresh, it was back in 2004 that Green Day finally released ‘American Idiot’ and on this very day in that very year, gained their first ever UK number one album!
Thinking back on the greatest festivals performances of all time, a few come to mind straight away. Queen at Knebworth Park in 1986, followed by Oasis there ten years later to name just two. But what about the ones that go down in history for all the wrong reasons? More specifically, Green Day at Woodstock Festival 1994!
